Description:

After 20 years of activity within two renowned companies in Paris and La Baule, the opportunity arose to resume "La Route du Cacao" on June 1, 2012.
I invite you to browse this site, you will find the specialties of “La Route du Cacao” as well as my creations.

Why The Cocoa Route?
This name was chosen, not by chance but in memory of the famous boat “Le Belem” which regularly transported cocoa beans for the chocolatier MENIER, from Brazil to Nantes, thus passing very close to Le Croisic.
