This magnificent historic building, well known to Croisicais and lovers of Croisic, was a renowned hotel from the end of the XNUMXth century, the golden age of the development of tourism in the Peninsula.
Today transformed into spacious apartments, the view has remained the same; the Old Fish Market and the Traict, recognized as being of European interest, on which the sunrises and sunsets follow one another but are not alike over the tides and the seasons...

Housing

The apartment is on the first floor of the former Hotel Masson in the heart of the port of Le Croisic near restaurants, shops, the market square and just 700 meters on foot from the train station.
Access is via a secure door and an elevator, unless you prefer to take the magnificent period staircase…
Completely renovated for your comfort, it is composed of a large bright living room overlooking the Traict, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large dining room table convertible into an English billiards table, a table football, air cooler, a master suite with bathroom and private toilets, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can be twinned, a bathroom, separate toilets and a cabin bedroom with three bunk beds ideal for children.
All rooms are equipped with duvets and pillows and bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and washed in a professional laundromat at 60°C.
The little ones will find a high chair, travel cot and baby bath on site.
Our friends the furry and feathered animals are welcome!

The maximum accommodation capacity offered by the Masson apartment is 6 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 babies. The prices indicated below refer to an average occupancy of 7 or 8 people; for a lower occupancy, the prices are to be reduced by 5%; above to be increased by 5%. Small pets are accepted at no extra charge.

The apartment has two televisions, one in the living room and the other in the master suite, and is equipped with WIFI.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and a laundry area has been fitted out with a combined washing machine and dryer.
It is possible if you wish to organize a cleaning of the apartment and/or a change of bed linen during your stay, price on request.
