Pleasant studio + cabin facing south with a terrace including table, chairs and deckchairs. Close to the beach, the Océarium, the port, the city center and 20 minutes walk from the TGV station.

Refurbished in 2023. Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Equipped bathroom, bathtub, sink, hairdryer and wall-hung toilet. For sleeping there is a 160X200 BZ sofa and 2 80X190 bunk beds. The cabin can be separated by a curtain.

Pets not allowed and non-smoking rental.
Arrival on Saturday at 16 p.m. and departure on Saturday at 11 a.m. Free parking throughout the city. 2 car parks nearby, Place d'Armes and the Cooperative. Possibility to rent sheets and/or towels.

Prices:

From €350 to €630 / week depending on the season – From €150 to €200 / weekend depending on the period (Friday and Saturday nights OR Saturday and Sunday) – In case of a long weekend, contact us – cleaning extra €50 / week or €20 / weekend 2 nights – Deposit €400 – Tourist tax extra.
