We are professional pickers of edible algae and maritime plants on the Guérande peninsula. Our job: supplying French gourmet restaurants. We are also keen to share our expertise with the public hosted at the farm.
It is in Le Croisic, between wild nature and seawater basins that we anchored our marine farm. The quality of our harvests is today recognized and appreciated by many chefs throughout France.
At the same time, the Jardins de la Mer offer the general public a range of specialties prepared on site: preserves, pickles, flakes, furikake, herbal teas, spices, oils, seaweed caviar...
Our long experience in the field of algae naturally leads us to share our knowledge with as many people as possible. In the summer, between scents, flavors and good humor, come and take part in our various introductory workshops - from picking to cooking.
