Our workshop draws its inspiration from Morta, this oak in the process of fossilization that we extract from under the Brière marsh.

This unique material, steeped in 5 thousand years of history, is at the heart of our activity.

Each year, around 6 knives come to life in our workshop, reflecting all the passion we put into our profession. We welcome you to our workshop to immerse you in our daily life as an artisan cutler.
