Train access (TGV station 700 meters away) and private parking are available during peak season (upon request).   Description This 22 m² cottage, renovated in June 2026, sleeps 2 to 4 people. A sliding partition separates the bedroom from the living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed. A newly renovated shed provides storage for your beach gear, hiking equipment, and luggage. A private 15 m² terrace with garden tables and chairs is set within a 200 m² garden.   Equipment All the furniture is brand new, and bed linen and towels are provided.

You will find three non-smoking rooms, but smoking is permitted in the courtyard, which is open to all guests. A large table with eight chairs and a barbecue are available for everyone to use in this courtyard. The guest house is labeled Tourism & Disability: one accessible room on the ground floor and two rooms upstairs for companions, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Breakfast is not included in the room price; please allow €8 per person. Your tourist tax, also not included in the room price, will be payable upon arrival; please allow €25 per person. Régine and Jean-Michel offer two master suites: • Augustine & Joséphine – 1st floor – 25 m², revisited Louis XVI style – Italian-style bed** 180 cm • Albert & Roger – 2nd floor – 18 m², 1930s ocean liner style – Italian-style bed** 160 cm **which can be separated into two twin beds (please request in advance) Each suite features an elegant bathroom, a welcome tray, toiletries, a small desk, and a safe. A terrace, garden, heated swimming pool (May to September), Wi-Fi, bicycles, foutas, and coolers for your excursions complete your stay. Every morning, a complimentary breakfast (sweet/savory) is served to start your day off right. Upon request, we offer French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses and customized language immersion programs, led by Régine, a certified teacher who has taught at one of the most prestigious Alliance Française branches.
