This authentic fisherman's cottage includes:
- a living room with fitted kitchen (coffee maker, oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, ...) with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people and its lounge with sofa and armchairs (equipped with a video projector)
- a bathroom (shower) and toilet, complete with a washing machine and hairdryer,
- two bedrooms upstairs: the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds
- a bedroom/annex with a double bed. The annex is located in the inner courtyard.
Outside, you will find:
- a courtyard with garden furniture for 6 people, two deck chairs, a barbecue, and bicycles available for use
- an outdoor toilet
- an outdoor shower planned for returning from the beach and fishing
The house is located in the heart of Le Croisic, in the historic center, and a 5-minute walk from the nearest beaches. A holiday where everything is within walking, cycling, train, or boat distance!
Nearby you will find the Océarium, the Halles and its market, the salt marshes of Guérande, Le Pouliguen, Batz-Sur-Mer and La Baule.
