Supervised by a sports animator, you can exercise a session of physical activity:
Monday: cardiopulmonary development,
Wednesday: stretching and relaxation,
Friday: muscle strengthening.
Meet at the gym at 9:20 a.m.
These activities are accessible to all adults and adolescents from the age of 16 with parental authorization. In case of bad weather, the activities take place in the sports hall. Provide a towel or a floor mat and a bottle of water.
€3 (tickets sold at the tourist office) – A sworn statement of “good health for sports practice” must be completed.
