Pillory Thursday – The Pinetops – 18 p.m.
The Pinetops are a group that emerged very recently following the Breton exile of Parisian multi-instrumentalist Thibaut Chopin.
Successive confinements will have allowed this old privateer from the blues, rock and roll and boogie/swing scenes to bring out his guitar and harmonicas as well as to sing along to the cliffs accompanied by a chorus of seagulls.
Naturally he called on his old friends from the Nantes scene who share the same passion for blues, boogaloo, boogie and puns in order to create a group very much in the West.
Denis Agenet on magic wands, Julien Broissant on six strings and Julien Dubois on bass.
Drawing on their respective experiences, these four miscreants offer you a personal rereading of this timeless music that is the blues and its neighbors next door.
