A moment of exchange and conviviality to learn everything about this little shell which nevertheless has a great history.
Accompanied by Julien, founder and host of the Recyclerie Maritime du Croisic, take a stroll through the Traict to learn all its particularities*.
Then go to Romain and Hugo, at the head of the company “Coquillages Croisicais”, to observe the work of these shellfish farmers and above all to taste a few shells accompanied by a glass of wine.
*In case of bad weather, the visit will be made around the Traict.
