Equinox Feathers returns for its 28^e edition with the theme: “Distant seas”
The Croisic book fair has a recurring general theme: “The maritime world”. Once again, more than forty writers are expected. On the program: dictation, exhibitions, conferences, a historical and literary stroll, the Plumes d'Équinoxe Océarium literary prize, sea shanties, etc.

President: Katell Faria, the latest “Marine Writer” inducted who is also a young adventurer.
Katell Faria is a young thirty-year-old writer, in love with adventure and literature. After skydiving training, she became passionate about everything aerial. Coming from the world of commerce and communication, she left it very early to create her real life, which she now devotes to writing and The Defense of Distant Causes, driven by the desire to link her existence to the experience of world
In 2020, she published “Les aventurières du ciel” in the Points Aventure collection, which tells the life of six great pioneers of aviation, from the time we called “the heroic era”. Then in May 2024, “Au vent des mers australes” will be released, the story of his embarkation in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands aboard the surveillance frigate Nivôse.
